“For I know that my Redeemer lives, and at the last he will stand upon the earth.” Job 19:25

We look around us every day and see so much pain in our world. Murders and mass shootings, war and famine…tragedy abounds. At times, these troubles touch us in our personal lives as well. It can be enough to make us lose hope that things will ever get better.

We need somewhere to fix our faith to. It would be simple to hope in people or programs, but both are finite and fallible,  and both will fail us. No, we have to turn our eyes Heavenward, to the Savior of mankind.
He is our Wonderful Counselor, our Mighty God, our Everlasting Father, our Prince of Peace. He is the hope of all mankind. We can – we must – say with Job that we know that our Redeemer lives, and that He will be left standing after all others have fallen.

Where is your hope found today?
